Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Interact with our valued customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with inquiries, orders, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Warehouse Duties: Receive, store, and distribute products. Ensure the warehouse is organized, and inventory is maintained accurately.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, process orders, and maintain records with precision.
• Shipping and Receiving: Safely load and unload products for shipment. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality guidelines.
• Use of Technology: Utilize various software systems to track orders and inventory.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift operation experience is an advantage.
