Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Clayton, NC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience as they explore model homes.

Location: Clayton, NC

Pay Rate: $19.23 per hour

Schedule: 40-hour work week with rotating weekends

Monday-Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM

Tuesday: 10 AM - 8 PM

Saturday: 10 AM - 5 PM

Sunday: 12 PM - 4 PM or 1 PM - 5 PM Note: This position requires biweekly weekend work.

Job Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a client-facing role.
  • Greet all clients as they enter the premises.
  • Conduct tours and walk clients through model homes, addressing any inquiries.
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite, with heavy Excel experience required.
  • Must be personable and committed to ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Experience in furniture or car sales is beneficial for this role.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have customer service or sales experience.
