Customer Service Supervisor
Our client, a US manufacturer of flooring products, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in the Aurora, IL area! As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the customer service team while also handling escalated customer interactions. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, assisting with customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, processing claims, supporting order management, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Shifts are as follows:
- 1st shift: Monday-Friday - 7:00am-5:00pm
Typically work three days on-site and two days remotely
This position comes with:
- Quarterly bonuses up to 3%

Qualifications/Skill Sets Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and Microsoft Suite
- Ability to motivate and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
