We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Shelby team!
As our Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting both customer service operations and sales team goals. Under general supervision, handles customer inquiries before and/or after the sale and supports the sales team in meeting their objectives.
Location: Shelby, NC
Salary: $52,800 to $60,000 + bonus opportunity

Your Challenge
Serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, services and equipment failure issues, providing timely and accurate information. Handles and resolves escalated calls from junior colleagues. Escalates more complex problems to senior specialists or technical teams when necessary.
Coordinates activities with the Customer Service Representatives and provides direction and guidance.
Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers. Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals.
Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures. Provides clear and concise reports on equipment failures, trends, and recurring issues to management.
Provides support to Sr. Management on various work initiatives.
What You Bring
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
Min 2 years
US citizenship required
Solid understanding of equipment failure documentation and reporting methods.
Willingness to provide direction and guidance to more junior colleagues.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical and sales departments.
