Updating demographic, insurance, and provider information
Collecting test results and processing supply orders
Managing customer concerns, explaining policies, and supporting escalations
Offering product guidance, technology assistance, and remote monitoring support
Contributing to overall patient satisfaction and successful remote health outcomes
Must-haves:
2+ years of recent, high-volume call center experience
Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication
Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple websites and platforms
Skilled in Microsoft Office and smart device usage
Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
Job responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
Collect, document, and track patient INR results
Follow call scripts and communication guidelines during patient interactions
Contact physicians based on reporting preferences and organizational procedures
Support patients in adhering to prescribed testing schedules
Promote and assist with digital health platforms and technology tools
Demonstrate working knowledge of devices used for INR testing and provide technical support as needed
Maintain accurate time management, attendance, and schedule adherence
Follow all regulatory, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA compliance

Pay and benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
