We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This long-term contract position requires someone who is detail oriented, passionate about assisting residents, and able to resolve issues efficiently. As part of the maintenance department, you will play a key role in ensuring quality service and smooth communication between residents and the maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls from residents regarding maintenance issues or concerns.
Accurately document and process service requests and work orders.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
Provide clear and empathetic communication to residents regarding the status of their requests.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the system.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to maintenance inquiries.
Ensure all service tickets are completed and passed to the appropriate team promptly.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Strong ability to process work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with order entry systems and ticketing processes.
