• Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Record customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Oversee customer service procedures, ensuring policies are followed
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships and maintain up-to-date customer records
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role
• Skilled with customer service software, databases, and CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
