Current opening in Lehi for a specialized company in need of a reliable and innovative Customer Service Representative to join their team.

The right Customer Service Representative for this role is someone who excels at:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing accurate information regarding services to clients.
• Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively.
• Conducting outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Data entry experience - required
• MS office
• 1 year experience in CSR
