Customer Service Representative

Were hiring a motivated Customer Service Representative to join a high-performing sales team in Roselle, IL. Schedule and Shift:

Full-Time (MondayFriday)

In-Office

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Educate prospective and existing customers on insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance

Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and in-person conversations

Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage

Build lasting customer relationships and manage client accounts

Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Deliver excellent service while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor

Utilize agency CRM systems to track leads, update customer records, and manage pipeline

Participate in sales meetings, ongoing training, and team-building activities

Qualifications:

Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through

Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based environment

Ability to obtain or currently hold an Illinois Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (paid training and licensing assistance provided)

Basic computer skills (email, CRM, calendar management, etc.)

Willingness to complete pre-employment assessments, online questionnaire, and screening interview

Bilingual (Spanish, Polish, or other languages) (strong plus)

Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality (preferred)

Familiarity with insurance, financial products, or a CRM platform (strong plus)
