Customer Service And Order Entry Specialist

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour

What You'll Do:

As a customer service and order entry specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating directly with customers and the sales team, answering phone calls, and processing orders.
• Handling data entry tasks, including accurately recording and processing orders.
• Managing credit card processing for transactions.
• Assisting with deposits as needed

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, personable demeanor.

Previous experience in a customer service or order entry role preferred.

Excellent phone etiquette, accuracy with data entry, and the ability to work collaboratively within a small office environment.
