Our client is seeking a professional bubbly Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a CSR, you will be part of the Customer Service team supporting team and customers. The ideal candidate will have data entry, multi-tasking, and eager to learn process which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
Works with accounts for entering and maintaining customer order fulfillment system.
Utilizing word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Monitors the order process to ensure that customer deliveries are made.
Receives and books orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Responds to customer inquiries and requests.
What's Needed?
2 years' experience required.
