Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Customer Service Representative with a world-class equipment and services company that sustainably advances the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Location: Glendale, AZ

Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Mon to Fri

Employment Type: 11-month contract

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You will:

• Provide customer support by phone or in person, answering inquiries, processing orders, cancellations, and complaints
• Assist customers with services such as licenses, registrations, permits, titles, or program eligibility information
• Resolve service or billing issues, including refunds, exchanges, adjustments, and follow-ups to ensure resolution
• Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and actions taken in computer systems
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments and communicate updates or claim results to customers
