Requirements: Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in order entry and handling customer inquiries. Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently. Familiarity with customer service tools and systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. High level of professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
