Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jamaica, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
  • Proficiency in handling order entry tasks with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound call processes.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Comfort with using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
