Call Center Representative

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking Call Center Representatives to work from home for a premier client in Indianapolis. Work from home. YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF INDIANAPOLIS. YOU MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE. Pay rate is $17/hr. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Monday - Friday.

A typical day in the life of a Call Center Representative:

• Answering inbound calls
• Acting as first point-of-contact for caller
• Entering client/patient information into website
• Retrieving information relating to client/patient
• Establishing a professional relationship while understanding client/patient needs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you are/can/have:

• Computer literate, navigate between programs, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Call center or customer service experience
• Great interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
