Full-time customer service position in our Sunbury location. Work schedule will be a 5-day work week Mon - Fri 10:30am-7:00pm and rotating Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm.
Candidate duties: Answer busy telephone lines, on-line scheduling/data entry, billing, payments, and other duties.
Individual should: Have strong computer/telephone skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office is required. Knowledge of the Internet/telephony is helpful. Two year related experience preferred.
