Customer Service Representative - Automotive

Location: South Oklahoma City, OK

Compensation: $15hr + commission opportunities

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center / Sales Representative to join our team in South OKC. This role is perfect for individuals with prior call center, sales, or dealership experience who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will play a key role in engaging with potential customers over the phone, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential and existing customers
• Provide detailed information on vehicles, features, warranties, and financing options
• Actively follow up with leads to drive appointments and sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Deliver professional and friendly service that builds customer trust and repeat business

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Previous call center, sales, or automotive dealership experience preferred
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with performance targets
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally
• Proficiency with computers and customer management tools
