Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Moodus, Connecticut. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building positive relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and customer inquiries, ensuring each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, and solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by offering effective solutions and maintaining a positive approach.
  • Process orders and manage data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely service.
  • Build trust and establish long-lasting relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy and attentiveness.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to deliver informed responses.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to ensure records are up-to-date and comprehensive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.
  • Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and customer interactions.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
