Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate information and support to customers through email correspondence.
Perform data entry and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Assist with order entry and ensure timely processing of requests.
Troubleshoot basic product-related issues to support customer needs.
Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
Adapt to high call volumes during peak seasons while maintaining quality service.
Utilize tools and equipment, such as screwdrivers and wrenches, for occasional product-related tasks.
Participate in training sessions to continually improve service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Basic troubleshooting abilities to handle product-related inquiries.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM.
