Essential Job Responsibilities: Answer customer calls and inquiries, educate consumers on the differences across various product categories and process product returns. Accept, acknowledge, edit, revise and process customer purchase orders. Use knowledge of market segments and sales channel to determine best course of action for customer inquiry. Set up new customer accounts and revise current accounts. Monitor customer account status and orders. Advise on the availability of product and shipment details. Navigate customer issue resolutions with key internal cross-functional partners. Provide product clinical application, technical information, product descriptions, and product capabilities. Maintain appropriate information in customer and/or distributor CRM records.
Hours: Monday, Fridays (remote) 8:30-5:00 pm CST Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (onsite) 8:30-5:00 pm CST Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
