Job Summary:
This position performs customer support using a variety of methods including telephone, in person, chat or email for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. Special Notes:
Standard workday of 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. May require you to work outside your regular work schedule. This role is eligible for telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency. This position will utilize Alternative Screening Criteria in lieu of an SVT.
Salary: $38,759.88 - $48,181.08.
