Data Entry Specialist

What You'll Do

• Support the customer service team with essential administrative tasks
• Manage emails and chats, helping reps stay focused on customer needs
• Accurately input critical data-like dates and addresses-into our systems
• Be the first point of contact, representing our brand with professionalism and warmth

What You Bring

• Sharp attention to detail and strong data entry skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Previous experience in administrative or support roles
• A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team culture

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
