Schedule
Upon hire you will work full-time Monday-Friday, available schedules 7:30am-4pm OR 11am-7:30pm
Pay Rate
The wage for this position is between $17 and $19. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
What You'll Be Doing
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
Deliver an effortless and positive experience for callers by resolving inquiries efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding services, refills, and shipment scheduling.
Process medication refills and coordinate shipment schedules for patients and providers.
Identify and resolve caller needs, ensuring appropriate follow-up and next steps.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Assist with order picking, packing, and prescription fulfillment based on operational demands.
Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Current and active Pharmacy Technician license/registration in state of Tennessee
Minimum 1 year experience working in Pharmacy setting
Minimum 1 year experience working in a call center environment
Previous Customer Service experience
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
