Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Clinton Township, Michigan. This role involves providing exceptional service and support to customers through various communication channels.

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks to record customer interactions and update account information.
  • Handle order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet call center performance goals.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and other tools to generate reports and manage documentation.
  • Make outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer issues or requests.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to address customer needs effectively.
  • Adhere to call center policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role, answering inbound calls.
  • Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other office software.
  • Ability to handle order entry tasks and take payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
