Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Binghamton, New York.   • Recommend alternative products based on specifications, cost, or availability to meet customer needs.
  • Support co-workers in troubleshooting and answering unresolved questions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and cross-train colleagues on various tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Monitor shipment schedules to guarantee timely deliveries and expedite orders when necessary.
