Customer Service Representative
Location: Spokane Valley
Full-Time | Hourly ($16.66-$20.00 DOE) + Commission + Benefits
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9AM-6PM

What You'll Do:
Own the phones-manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence and energy.
Create great experiences-schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and keep satisfaction high.
Leverage smart tools-work with advanced CRM technology to stay organized and effective.
Work comfortably-enjoy a sit/stand desk setup for flexibility.
Show your presence-assist customers in the showroom as needed
Jump in when needed-flexibility to help during peak seasons and big events like home shows.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with both inbound and outbound calls-you know the pace, the flow, and how to keep energy up on a full shift.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Great time management and organizational habits.
High school diploma or GED.
A positive, winning attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
