Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will use advanced technology combined with high industry standards to protect homes and businesses in communities across the country. Every day, you’ll respond to alarm activations, dispatch emergency responders and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Our 24/7 call center never closes; customer service representative (CSR) schedules include weekends, holidays and rotating days; with various stable shifts to choose from that accommodate individual needs; you can plan your life while doing meaningful work.

No prior industry experience is necessary! We provide extensive 4-week training, paid at $20/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete all required training and follow company protocols and procedures
  • Process outbound calls to customers and authority agencies in a call center setting, some inbound.
  • Provide detail-oriented customer service and empathetic support to our customers with a sense of urgency
  • Respond to, verifies, and dispatches on emergency signals
  • Handle security alarm activations for residences and businesses in a professional manner
  • Multitask and remain calm in various stressful situations

Qualifications

  • Associate degree, equivalent Military, or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service
  • Proficient computer, written, and verbal skills. Comfortable using a headset in a high call volume setting
  • Successfully clear drug screen and background check to meet industry and security licensing requirements
