Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newport Beach, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

Create and update customer accounts with precision and attention to detail.

Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.

Monitor consumer loyalty programs to optimize customer engagement.

Track and provide updates on order and shipment statuses.

Manage promotional and training product requests effectively.

Handle business transactions accurately across systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and other in-house applications.

Collect and document valuable customer information to enhance service quality.

Work towards achieving both team and individual departmental goals.

Support special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements - A minimum of two years of experience in customer service roles is preferred.

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems and analyze situations effectively.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including awareness of customer needs and reactions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute accurately.

Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar systems is advantageous.

Previous experience handling inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

Demonstrated ability to manage data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
