Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online systems
- Provide updates on orders, shipments, and service requests
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with order entry and service documentation
- Support general administrative tasks within the customer service department
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service or administrative support experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer requests simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
