We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This is a Contract-to-continuous position, offering a great opportunity to grow within the organization. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.

Process customer orders, quotes, and returns with efficiency and attention to detail.

Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Coordinate shipping logistics and handle related documentation to meet customer requirements.

Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Process credit applications and manage related approvals or rejections.

Assist in supporting sales and marketing initiatives by providing necessary administrative support.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a thorough and courteous communication experience for all customers.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is required.

Strong skills in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls.

Familiarity with processing credit applications and coordinating shipping logistics.

Proficiency in managing customer records and related documentation.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry systems.
