• Follows internal/external policies and procedures
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Greet and welcome guests: customers, vendors and visitors
• Process orders received by phone/fax from customers and sales representatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of Receptionist/Customer Service experience
