Responsibilities:
Assist customers on the showroom floor by addressing inquiries and providing product information.
Plan and coordinate delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timely service.
Communicate delivery updates to customers, including estimated times and status changes.
Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed for pricing and order management.
Create detailed price sheets using Excel to support sales and operations.
Respond to inbound calls with professionalism, addressing customer questions and concerns.
Accurately process order entries and maintain organized records.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to ensure effective communication with clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and managing price sheets.
Ability to perform basic math accurately and efficiently.
