We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in East Lansing, Michigan. This long-term contract position focuses on providing exceptional support to physicians and healthcare professionals regarding certification processes. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare professionals with certification applications, tracking credentials, and submitting required documentation.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, offering solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and stay informed about policy updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using company systems.
• Educate users on certification eligibility, renewal procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Escalate unresolved concerns to appropriate departments for further assistance.
• Develop and contribute to training materials, FAQs, and process improvements to enhance customer support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of physician certification or medical credentialing processes is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to provide effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
• Courteous demeanor with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
