Perform a variety of customer service functions.
Handle customer service inquiries and problems.
Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers. May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.
Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.
Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
Maintain records as appropriate.
Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide professional and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.
