Owner Relations Call Center Agent

The Owner Relations call center department takes around 120-150 calls per day.

Each agent will handle 25-30 calls per day. Calls will typically last around 15 minutes.

This is not a scripted call center - they will be talking to owners that the company owes money to. They will be expected to think analytically as each conversation is not the same.

The individuals will report directly into the supervisor.

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm fully on site job schedule.

Qualifications: 2+ years of call center experience required

Experience Level: Entry Level

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
