We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients by managing both inbound and outbound communication. Responsibilities:
Respond to approximately 10 inbound calls per day, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Conduct between 30 to 80 outbound calls daily after completing training, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.
Provide customers with next-step instructions and follow-up links as needed.
Accurately enter and update customer orders using the Salesforce platform.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions to ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in a customer service environment.
A college degree is preferred but not required.
Strong skills in call center customer service and order entry.
Proficiency with handling inbound and outbound calls.
Familiarity with the Salesforce platform or similar customer relationship management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
