This is a long-term contract position that requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional support to members of various retired teachers and public employee associations. The role is office-based and involves handling inquiries related to dental and vision coverage with a high level of accuracy and care.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls from members regarding their dental and vision insurance coverage.
• Process payments and provide detailed information about rates and plan options.
• Assist members in making coverage changes and ensure all updates are accurately submitted.
• Redirect members to insurance carriers for claims-related inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions for quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is essential, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong focus on attendance and teamwork.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
