Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting technical assistance and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Rio Rancho, NM
Pay Range: $19.59 hourly
What's the Job?
Respond independently to complex customer issues using standard protocols
Resolve difficult technical problems related to hardware and software from customer contacts and proactive notifications
Address service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions regarding features, specifications, and repairs
Proactively assist customers to prevent or reduce problem occurrence
Participate in projects, providing resolution and feedback based on analysis
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of general experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer-facing roles, remote support, or telephone support
Ability to diagnose hardware issues confidently to FRU level and train team members on new technologies
