We are a local independent insurance agency seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
4 day work week
Responsibilities include:
Assisting clients with policy questions and service requests
Processing policy changes, certificates, and documentation
Communicating with insurance carriers and clients by phone and email
Maintaining accurate client records
Supporting agents with day-to-day account service
Qualifications:
Strong people and communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office
Professional phone and email etiquette
Insurance license must be completed within 90 day.
