Our client, a leading organization in the automotive and service industry, is seeking a customer service representative to join their team. As a customer service representative, you will be part of the customer support department supporting the branch operations in Sussex, WI. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Sussex, WI
Pay Range: $20-$22/hr.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
What's the job?
Provide a variety of customer support services through mail, telephone, and in-person contact
Process orders and assignments efficiently and accurately
Enter data into the computer system and reference pricing and delivery information
Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests with professionalism
Set up new records and maintain existing records, ensuring data accuracy
What's needed?
High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
0-2 years of previous work experience in customer service or office support
Proficiency in computer applications and data entry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow established procedures and work under supervision
