Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CT (30-minute lunch break)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Health Services Associate to join our team. This role is a key point of contact for healthcare providers, patients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of patient medication shipments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Take initiative and approach work with enthusiasm and a proactive mindset.
Demonstrate strong telephone skills and professionalism in all communications.
Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to patients and providers.
Contact patients to collect essential information for prescription coordination.
Accurately schedule initial and refill medication shipments.
Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA and internal standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
12+ months of call center experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous healthcare or pharmacy experience
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards is a plus.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
