We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis for a 60-day assignment. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients in the mortgage department, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and with attention to detail. This position is located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, and offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls from mortgage clients, answering questions and resolving issues related to loan statuses and documentation.
Make outbound calls to new customers, introducing services and guiding them through the mortgage process.
Accurately document customer interactions and ensure all records are updated in the system.
Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns and escalate complex matters as needed.
Stay informed about mortgage products, company policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and accurate communication.
Deliver a positive and detail-oriented experience to every customer, maintaining a high standard of service.
Assist in identifying and resolving customer service challenges efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the mortgage, banking, or financial services sectors.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with call tracking systems or customer management platforms is preferred.
