Wilmington Delaware client, seeks a Customer Service Representative with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. This Customer Service Representative will engage with customers on order requests and updates, create and update customer files, draft customer quotes, assist with inventory management, fulfill customer orders, submit scheduling forms, attend weekly sales meetings, resolve customer inquiries, research and identify areas for process improvement, and provide administrative assistance where needed. The ideal candidate should have great communication skills, strong multi-tasking capabilities, and the ability to thrive within a team environment.
