This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center.
Job Responsibilities:
Log all incoming calls
Add new residents to existing LTC customer database as necessary
Follow up on delivery of requested items
Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
After-hours dispatching when scheduled
