Temp-to-Hire Customer Service Representative

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Summary

Kelly Services is now hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's dental service team in Honolulu. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails from customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Provide information about services offered by the dental practice
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist with billing and payment processes
• Perform administrative support tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Competence with computer systems and scheduling software
• Reliability with strong time management skills
