Our client, a leader in customer support services, is seeking a Customer Service Professional to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer inquiries and order management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Fairfield, OH
Pay Range: $22.52 per hour
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Understand customer needs and concerns through effective communication
Collaborate with team members and seek assistance when needed to resolve issues
Recommend solutions independently or in partnership with field representatives or managers
Perform item look-up, sourcing, and order placement with or without support from the Field Sourcing team
Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to resolve basic issues independently or with peer support
Proficiency in systems such as Salesforce.com, Compass, IT Suite, ERS, Microsoft Office, Zilliant/P2P, Uniscore/SFD/VOS
