Customer Service Lead

Location: Denver, CO

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM, Sat 9AM-3PM (5 days/40 hrs/week)

Contract-to-Hire (3 months)

About the Role

We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Lead to oversee our Slab Desk Will Call area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a team, support walk-in customers, and ensure smooth operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the Slab Desk CSR team to meet quality and efficiency goals

Act as the escalation point for team and customer issues

Assist walk-in customers, answer calls, and respond to emails/faxes

Handle tile order data entry using internal systems and Excel

Collaborate with showroom, warehouse, and order desk teams

Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support

Must-Have Qualifications

1+ year in a management or lead role (retail experience welcome!)

Strong face-to-face customer service skills

High school diploma or GED

Basic Excel and data entry skills

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with tile or construction materials

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
