Responsibilities

Track technician location to determine most efficient trouble and installation assignment. Analyze, evaluate, and report traffic and performance data. Provide technical support to customers and call center personnel. Dispatch FST based on retailer service requests. Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance. Use phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations. Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule. Provide field units with information about requests, traffic, obstacles and requirements. Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.

Requirements

High School diploma required. Associate's degree desired. 1-3 years relevant working experience. Candidates should possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
