Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Coordinate expedited and in-house orders with production supervisors and customers
Maintain and update department spreadsheets
Track Work-In-Progress (WIP) and lead times
Generate WIP reports using QuickBooks
Create and send formal quotes to customers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Intermediate computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
