Customer Service Coordinator I

This job posting is for a contingent resource on assignment with Corning Incorporated. Position Details:

100% onsite at the Learning Center, Market Street; Corning, NY 14831

Training will occur onsite - worker will then be able to work remote until the team returns onsite - Must be local to Corning or surrounding areas

Work Schedule/Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (EDT) OR 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EDT)

No overtime expected, if overtime is needed it will be when manager approved

Approximately 11-months contract

Responsibilities include:

  • Takes calls from internal customers and department representatives in a fast-paced environment
  • This is a customer service position - First point of contact for internal customers
  • Position acts as a liaison between internal customers at all levels, and other departments within division
  • Enters reservations into conference room scheduling software and facility work order system
  • Enters work orders into software utilized by division partners
  • Meets with department groups for customer events

Education Required:

2-year degree REQUIRED, business related fields are preferred

Must Haves:

  • Punctuality
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills that include listening
  • Excellent phone skills that include good enunciation
  • Ability to work with a team and alone
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Calendaring skills

Desired Skills:

  • Call center experience
  • Quick learner
  • High energy
  • Experience with room scheduling software
  • Good working knowledgeable of Microsoft Office

Pay Transparency:

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $15.96/hour - $17.87/hour.

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :

Work Authorization : Green Card, US Citizen, Other valid work visa

Preferred years of experience : 2+ Years
